We believe that being the best begins by selecting the most skilled and talented people. Parkhurst Dining Services chefs are in a class of their own.  Many are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., and other top culinary schools. They prepare delicious food from scratch and are free to be creative, delivering exceptional culinary experiences that are consistent throughout our dining and gathering locations.

Our chefs use only the highest-quality, freshest ingredients with an emphasis on using food from local farms and artisans. This is our motto, and we're proud to stand behind it.
