Parkhurst Accounts Continue to Grow
Parkhurst Dining is proud of their recent partnership with Mercyhurst College of Erie, PA. An excellent, quality-oriented college, Mercyhurst was founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1926, enjoys an enrollment of 3,226 students, and has three campuses in northwestern Pennsylvania. www.mercyhurst.edu
Rosemont College has awarded Parkhurst Dining their dining services contract. Located on a beautiful 56-acre campus in suburban Philadelphia, Rosemont's student enrollment is approximately 400. Parkhurst will create exceptional culinary experiences at Rosemont by offering our differentiating programs such as Hemisflavors, Whole Body, and Bravisimo. Our guests there will also enjoy a new Sunday Brunch offering, Milk Shake Bar and branded coffee program. As their partner, we will assist in the planning and design of the new Rosemont Centre, which will feature a new dining hall and student center. www.rosemont.edu
Chatham University, an existing client in Pittsburgh, PA, has awarded Parkhurst Dining to manage their new campus, Chatham Eastside.
