Parkhurst Dining Services announced the launch of Hemisflavors, a concept that features over 250 fresh global cuisine recipes, prepared authentically with raw ingredients indigenous of Latin America, Asia and the Mediterranean. Designed to meet the needs of many Americans interested in world culinary traditions, Hemisflavors will be infused into Parkhurst daily menus and complements a “made from scratch” philosophy and healthy eating lifestyle that Parkhurst is best known for providing. Parkhurst Dining Services Recycles Spent Fryer Oil; Generates Bio-Diesel
Fuel for Use in Vehicles

Parkhurst announced that their corporate, campus and cultural dining locations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, will recycle its spent fryer oil to generate bio-diesel fuel for use in vehicles.  This is one of several sustainable sourcing programs that Parkhurst developed to protect the environment and expand their role as a socially responsible organization. Find out more.
