Industrial Scientific Corporation Partners with Parkhurst Dining

Parkhurst Dining is proud to partner with Industrial Scientific Corporation (ISC), the global leader in Gas Detection as a Service, at its new world headquarters in Robinson Township, PA.

More than 500 employees will enjoy a fresh, high-quality dining experience that encourages healthier eating, a gold standard for which Parkhurst is known for and delivers upon that promise each and every day.

According to Amanda Gartner, Parkhurst district manager, we are honored to serve ISC, recently recognized as a Top 10 Workplace in Pittsburgh, and also as “Manufacturer of the Year” in the Pittsburgh Business Times’ annual awards program for 2014.

Health and wellness are key aspects of the new dining program. Parkhurst Executive Chef Sean Kelly and his culinary team are happy to work in partnership with ISC to foster a culture that places a premium on culinary excellence and healthy dining innovations. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Kelly brings 16 years of proven leadership in culinary arts and customized catering experiences.

Through Parkhurst’s Whole Body Cuisine program, Chef Kelly will prepare a wide variety of nutritionally balanced meals that feature whole grains, grilled proteins, vegan as well as healthier snack options. Menu items are naturally flavorful… and overall, dining healthier helps to boost employee engagement and productivity!

With everything from comfort foods to culturally diverse menu items and on-the-go service, guests can expect a creative mix of fresh dining options offered with excellent customer service in the Calibrations indoor café. El fresco dining and a pickling garden are planned for the near future encouraging ISC employees to get out into the fresh air and enjoy an “outdoor” authentic culinary experience!
