Eat'n Park Hospitality Group OnSite Brands Division Appoints Marketing Director

PITTSBURGH, Pa., May 30, 2011– Eat'n Park Hospitality Group is proud to announce the following appointments to its Onsite Brands division.

Cindy McIlnay-Simak, director of marketing, will provide retail marketing direction to onsite food service management companies Parkhurst Dining Services and Cura Hospitality. With more than 17 years in food retail, brand and strategic marketing experience, McIlnay-Simak was most recently a marketing manager for Giant Eagle of Pittsburgh, Pa., where she supported marketing goals and objectives with customized marketing and income-generating campaigns. McIlnay-Simak was responsible for promoting and marketing the highly successful Gift Card line of business, which includes the Gift Card Gallery, Giant Eagle Gift Cards, Phone Cards, Digital Cards and GifterGo online voucher program. The Gift Card line was awarded the best in class for overall program and promotions by BlackHawk, a leading provider of prepaid products for consumers and retailers.

Prior to her five years at Giant Eagle, McIlnay-Simak worked with Ten United Inc., a national advertising agency in Pittsburgh, where she served as a marketing and public relations consultant supporting clients' marketing and media campaigns. McIlnay-Simak also spent 10 years in mall marketing, including director of marketing for Ross Park Mall, Simon Property Group, in Pittsburgh, where she was responsible for creating income-producing events, sponsorships and sales programs that increased customer traffic. McIlnay-Simak also served in marketing roles at SUPERVALU of Belle Vernon, Pa.

McIlnay-Simak is a graduate of Seton Hill University (Greensburg, Pa.) with a Bachelor of Science degree in retail and business management.

Grace Zarnas-Hoyer, manager of public relations. With more than 20 years of corporate communications and public relations experience, Zarnas-Hoyer was a marketing manager at Sodexo in Allentown, Pa., specializing in communications, media relations and public affairs. Zarnas-Hoyer was a member of and developed the communications/media component of the company's award-winning "Marketing 101", an exciting training program that focused on marketing for the food service operator. Zarnas-Hoyer was also a member of the editorial team at FoodService Director Magazine of New York City, N.Y., where she reported on and prepared senior living, healthcare and business dining articles.

Prior to serving the hospitality industry, Zarnas-Hoyer managed community relations at UJB Financial in Princeton, N.J., supporting bank branch marketing activities, branch openings, corporate contributions and the employee volunteer program. She also managed the marketing and corporate hospitality activities during the bank's sponsorship of the U.S. Senior Open in Bethlehem, Pa. Zarnas-Hoyer also served Unisys in Philadelphia, a worldwide information technology firm, in global human resource communications.

A graduate of Moravian College (Bethlehem) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and business management, Zarnas Hoyer is a regular contributing editor to several national publications including University Business, College Services, Advance for Long-Term Care Management and Long-Term Living Magazines.
