Parkhurst at Bucknell University Hosts Annual Local Foods and Sustainable Dinner

WHAT: More than 1,200 students, faculty and staff are expected to attend Bucknell University’s tenth annual local foods dinner featuring farm-fresh food procured and prepared by Bucknell’s dining services provider, Parkhurst Dining Services, to help support and sustain local agriculture, artisans and producers of food.

  • Nathan Tallman, Tallman Farms (red, Yukon gold, chef and frying potatoes) Tower City, Pa
  • Ken Dries, Dries Orchards (featuring apples and other local produce) Sunbury, Pa.
