Monogo Bongo Mongo Bongos

The Mongolian barbeque way of cooking has been around since 1211 A.D. in the Chinese culture. The addition of vegetables and other delicious ingredients is a modern day innovation.

The concept could not be simpler. The guest fills their bowl with delectable choices such as, shrimp, chicken, pork, vegetables of all kinds and savory sauces, which are displayed buffet-style. Then the guest gives their bowl to the chef, who prepares the unique blend of ingredients on a mongolian-style grill. The result is a fresh, savory combination of exactly what the guest wants!

Mongo Bongos brings together the four famous tenets of Asian food preparation:

Color - A meal must be as visually stimulating as it is tasteful. This calls for the freshest ingredients to allow the vibrancy of the colors and natural beauty of the foods to shine through.

Fragrance - The aroma of a gourmet dish is truly unique. It signals that the dish is meant to be savored and enjoyed.

Taste - It is not enough that the food looks and smells tantalizing, it must also be delicious. Our authentic oils and sauces help students create traditional dishes bursting with the flavors.

Completeness - An excellent meal requires the balance of color, fragrance and taste combined delicately to ensure the guest's expectations are exceeded.
