These exciting dishes, prepared at this station, have been created from the influence of the warm climate and festive cultures found on the Northern shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Our chefs create eggplant rolls, seafood paella, rice and bean dishes, and a variety of pasta entrees, including vegetarian/vegan dishes. These flavorful dishes blend traditional spices from the regions along with a wide variety of vegetables, meats, and seafood.
