History

Parkhurst Dining was established as a division of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group. Eat’n Park restaurants have been a consistent presence in the Mid-Atlantic since 1949, and our restaurant division has expanded in the last 10 years to include The Porch and Hello Bistro concepts.

Parkhurst Dining began humbly and somewhat unexpectedly in 1996, when Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA approached Eat’n Park leadership with a request: that they provide the dining service for the school. A new division of the hospitality group was born.

Now, leveraging 70+ years of food service expertise and with over 65 client locations and growing, we have continously blazed new paths and have no plans to slow down soon. We are small enough to care and customize, but large enough to deliver on every promise, and no matter how much we grow, we intend to remember our roots. After all, these roots of truly caring about our clients, guests, and communities are what got us here. They're why we developed our FarmSource program in 2002 before "local" and "sustainable" were buzzwords. They're why we've never waivered from our Gold Standards.

With our support center located in Pittsburgh, Parkhurst delivers authentic culinary experiences to client locations in the Mid-Atlantic, North East, and Midwest.

In addition to Parkhurst, Eat'n Park Hospitality Group includes:
