We were established as a division of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group. Eat’n Park restaurants have been a consistent presence in the Mid-Atlantic since 1949, and our restaurant division has expanded in the last 10 years to include The Porch and Hello Bistro concepts. In our last 70 years of business, we’ve had only one significant change in management. Parkhurst Dining began humbly and somewhat unexpectedly in 1996, when Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA approached Eat’n Park leadership with a request: that they provide the dining service. A new division of the hospitality group was born. 

Now, with over 60 client locations and growing, we have the financial strength and staying power to honor the terms of our partnership and assist our clients in meeting their financial goals.  

With our support center located in Pittsburgh, Parkhurst delivers authentic culinary experiences to client locations in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Chicago, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Indiana.
