Catholic University Dining Acts Like Home

Immaculata University is thrilled to have Parkhurst as its dining services partner!  Parkhurst took over the contract at the end of last year, says General Manager Adam Funk, making a big transition from processed and frozen foods to fresh, made-from scratch menu items!  

Funk immediately saw increasing numbers of students joining the meal plan and expressing excitement over having “real food.” Additionally, the number of faculty and administration dining in Nazareth Dining Hall doubled!

The feedback students and faculty provide is their excitement about finally having “real food,” he says.
