Food is fuel! That’s why corporate dining guests always enjoy fresh and flavorful food prepared from scratch by our talented chefs and bakers. From gourmet, special event catering, to on-the-run options, we prepare all menu items from scratch, so we control what’s in the food.

We have always offered healthy selections, but what differentiates us is how we present healthier selections to guests. Instead of simply labeling these selections as “healthy choices,” we insist on incorporating whole grains, fresh produce, leafy greens, and healthful fats into all of our entrées.

Parkhurst business dining venues are distinctive and include full-service cafés, branded restaurants, bistros, and convenience stores. We explore what’s trending and provide our guests with something different, whether it’s freshly baked Tuscan breads topped with Buffalo chicken, feta or tomato and kalamata olives to hand-tossed pizza and savory flatbreads all made with dough prepared from scratch.   Sumptuous pastries including muffins, strudels and biscotti are also baked fresh – decadent pairings for the assortment of our caffeinated creations!

Additionally, we recognize that catering is an important facet to any corporate dining program - from corporate award presentations, to holiday parties, to gala fundraisers, and everything in between, our expert staff and innovative chefs will work with you from start to finish to customize the perfect event featuring elegant, world-class food and service.

Demographic shifts in corporate dining also reflect a growing number of telecommuters and associates who work flexible, nontraditional hours. These guests have different dining service expectations - so we now have a Convenience Store program as well.

Convenience-oriented and on-the-run options, such as deli-style sandwiches, pre-packaged fruit, desserts, salads, sushi, and soups, are all prepared with fresh ingredients for our guests. These food items are labeled with a product description of where our foods are grown, nutritional values, price point, and reheating instructions for hot items.

A wide selection of everyday items such as sundries, assorted beverages and newspapers also provide employees with a convenient stop off!
