ANDREA EVANS

General Manager

I'm celebrating my sixth year this year with Parkhurst Dining and it has changed my career and growth exponentially. Starting out as a Marketing Manager, transitioning to a Director of Operations, and then recently promoted to General Manager, Parkhurst has enabled me to grow in a way that I never thought I could.

Parkhurst makes me feel like I belong. Everyone across the company works hard and accommodates team members’ needs. Parkhurst cares and listens when I have suggestions. We’ve recruited some truly amazing individuals who are great workers and easy to get along with.

I've been with Parkhurst for 16 years. I started as an hourly cook and was able, through mentorship and training, to work my way up to General Manager of Dining Services.
