Nutrition

Whether our guests are busy studying for exams or gearing up for the big business pitch, our nutritional mission is simple: make it as easy as possible for our guests to eat healthily. Don't worry - that never means sacrificing flavor!

Here’s how we incorporate healthy choices into our menus:

Fresh Quality

Our food is always made fresh, and that makes a surprisingly big difference when it comes to the quality and nutritional value. At our Market Fresh salad bars, we hand-cut our vegetables and make our dressings in-house using only trans-fat free oils. No MSG or food preservatives are added to any items produced in our kitchens. Fresh, cage-free shelled eggs are available daily and cooked to order. We always use real dairy products – you won’t find an imitation in our dining locations. Our soups and sauces are made from fresh stock, which means they’re both more flavorful and naturally have less sodium.

Plant-Based Options

Our menus emphasize the use of fresh vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains. No matter what type of diet you follow — including those that incorporate dairy, meat, and/or seafood — we're advocates of adding more plant-based foods into the American diet. We find that incorporating more plant-based optios in our everyday menus helps to build a foundation to healthier eating habits. Not to mention a healthier environment, too!

Individual Dietary Needs

Whether you’ve made a lifestyle choice or have specific dietary needs, it shouldn’t stop you from enjoying our food. We offer a variety of food options for special diets, including guests with food allergies and intolerances. It is of the utmost importance to us that guests feel confident about eating our food and have the access to great-tasting nutritious meals that both satisfy and work with their diet.
